ComorSports.com

With locations in Vancouver, Burnaby and Whistler, Comor is one of the leading independent ski, snowboard and lifestyle shops in southwestern B.C. They wanted a dynamic website that matched their well known brand identity to help drive traffic to their stores and increase awareness of their position as one of the province's leading action sports and lifestyle retailers.

PacificBoarder.com

Pacific Boarder's massive location on West 4th is an icon in the city of Vancouver. The brand itself is synonymous with snowboarding, surfing and skateboarding in Western Canada.

Before our re-design, PB had a simple, static, HTML-only website. They wanted to up the ante by providing a slick, graphically rich experience that built upon their brand's strengths. They also wanted the dynamic capabilities of a blog, mailing list, online enquiries form and team rider profiles that could be easily updated with the photos and videos.

CanadianEliteDance.com

While it doesn't exactly fit within our primary speciality of action sports, it is certainly youth-culture and music industry related. Canadian Elite Dance Competition is an Ontario based company that puts a "So You Think You Can Dance"-like series of events that draws people together from far and wide for a good time.

Canadian Elite needed a website to highlight their unique offering to dance studios and individuals alike. The site provides contact info, event schedules, entry information and judging criteria for aspiring Fred Astaires' and Patrick Swayzes' (although unfortunately there actually isn't a "dirty dancing" category). Disclosure: This project was done for a family member.

AltaVida.ca goes live!

While there's still a few odd things we need to tweak or add, we're stoked to finally be launching the site.

The whole purpose behind AltaVida is to address the need in Vancouver for a web development studio that focuses on youth culture and related industries like action sports, music and events. While Vancouver is blessed with some great design agencies, few (if any) can boast the level of experience we've had in this market (we live and breathe this stuff, it's simply in our blood).
